The project requires careful decommissioning of over 750,000 square feet of highly specialised buildings and infrastructure including major clean room capability, central utilities and plant rooms.

Our master planning exercise for the site is currently in development with Fife Council, Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Development International to create a long term sustainable centre to accommodate the needs of industry and the local area.

Project Specifications

The total site area extends to 150 acres and was originally developed for semi-conductor manufacturing. The building, whilst serviced and partially fitted-out has never been completed and therefore the land offers a variety of opportunities for redevelopment once the decommissioning is complete.
